4. Check whether the control switches, buttons, circuits, operating handles and handwheels of the equipment are damaged or out of order. Switch and handle should be in the "off" position.

5. Check whether the safety protection device of each part of the equipment is intact and works sensitively and reliably. Check whether the "emergency stop" is effective and reliable, whether the safety door sliding is flexible, whether the switch can touch the limit switch.

6. The safety protection devices on the equipment (such as mechanical locking rod, baffle, safety protection switch, etc.) are not allowed to move freely, and are not allowed to be modified or deliberately scrapped.

7. Check whether the screws are tightened, loosened, abnormal parts or damaged parts, should report to the foreman, who will deal with it or inform the maintenance personnel to deal with it.

8. Check the cooling water line, try to discharge water, check whether the water flow is smooth, whether blocked or dripping.

9. Check the funnel for foreign bodies. Do not store items above the funnel. The funnel cover should be covered to prevent dust and debris from falling into the funnel.

1. Turn off the main power switch of the machine tool, check whether the equipment is leaking, preheat the cylinder and mold according to the set process temperature requirements, and keep the temperature for more than 20 minutes when the temperature of the cylinder reaches the process temperature, so as to ensure the uniform temperature of all parts of the cylinder.

2. Open the cooling water valve of the oil cooler, cool the oil return and water supply pipe, and start the oil pump. If no abnormal phenomenon is found, the oil pump can be officially started. Only when the screen shows "motor on", the oil cooler can be run, check whether the safety door function is normal.

3. Start the screw rotation manually and check whether the sound of the screw rotation is abnormal and stuck.

4. The operator must use the safety door. For example, when the safety door travel switch fails, it is not allowed to open, and it is strictly prohibited to use the safety door (cover) for operation.

5. All kinds of covers and protective covers for electrical, hydraulic and rotating parts of operating equipment should be covered and fixed.
