The reason for the high temperature of injection molding machine is


1. The tank volume is too small, the heat dissipation area is not enough, and the cooling device capacity is too small.

(1) The quantitative pump fuel supply system selects the capacity of the pump according to the fast forward speed. Under high pressure and heating, most of the excess flow will return from the safety valve.


(2) When the discharge circuit in the system fails or the discharge circuit is not set, the oil pump cannot discharge. The total flow of the pump overflows at high pressure, causing overflow losses and overheating, leading to temperature rise.


(3) The system pipe is too thin and too long, and the bending is too much, resulting in large local pressure loss and pressure loss along the way.


(4) The precision of parts is not enough, the assembly quality is poor, and the mechanical friction loss between relative movements is large.


(5) the fitting clearance is too small, or the clearance after wear is too large, the internal and external leakage is too large, resulting in large volume loss, such as the pump volume efficiency is reduced, the temperature rises fast.


(6) the working pressure adjustment of the hydraulic system is much higher than the actual need. Sometimes, because the seal is too tight, or because the seal is damaged and the leak is increased, the pressure must be adjusted to work.


(7) the high temperature of the climate and working environment leads to the increase of the oil temperature.


(8) the oil viscosity is selected improperly, the viscosity resistance is large, the viscosity is too small, the leakage will increase, both cases will lead to the heating temperature rise.


2. Cooling treatment method of injection molding machine:

(3) improve the lubrication of moving parts, reduce friction loss, is conducive to reduce the workload and fever.


(4) Improve the assembly quality and self-precision of hydraulic components and systems, strictly control the fitting clearance of accessories, and improve the lubrication conditions. The sealing material with small friction coefficient and improved sealing structure is used to reduce the starting power of the hydraulic cylinder as far as possible and reduce the heat generated by mechanical friction loss.
