1. Injection molding system

4. Electrical control system

5. Heating/cooling system


The heating system is used to heat the material barrel and the injection nozzle. The material barrel of the injection molding machine generally adopts the electric heating ring as the heating device, which is installed on the outside of the material barrel and tested by the thermocouple in sections. Heat through the heat conduction of the cylinder wall provides heat source for material plasticization; Cooling system is mainly used to cool the oil temperature, too high oil temperature will cause a variety of failures, so the oil temperature must be controlled. The other place that needs cooling is near the feeding port of the feed pipe to prevent the melting of the feeding port of the raw material, which causes the raw material to be unable to discharge normally.


6, lubrication system


Lubrication system is a circuit where the moving template, mold adjusting device, connecting rod machine hinge and other parts of the injection molding machine have relative movement to provide lubrication conditions, so as to reduce energy consumption and improve the life of parts. Lubrication can be regular manual lubrication or automatic electric lubrication.


7. Safety protection and monitoring system


The safety device of injection molding machine is mainly used to protect the safety of people and machines. It is mainly composed of safety door, hydraulic valve, limit switch, photoelectric detection components, etc., realizing electric-mechanical-hydraulic interlock protection.

6, save energy: because each action of the electric injection molding machine is controlled by the corresponding servo motor, so when a production action, other control motors do not need to run, so it greatly saves the power consumption.
