Plastic injection molding machine in the production process of finished products, injection pressure is a major factor to determine the quality of finished products. Therefore, the stability of the oil pressure system is very important. It is necessary to rely on the usual maintenance and maintenance to adhere to the stability of the oil pressure system. Vertical plastic injection machine hydraulic system generally consists of pumps, hydraulic motors, electromagnetic direction valve, speed proportional valve, pressure control valve group and a combination of several groups of hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic parts above component quality, reasonable circuit design, systematic piping and control in the proper oil temperature of 40-50 oc and good oil, is the basic condition of hydraulic system to maintain stable and smooth.
In terms of preventive maintenance of vertical injection machine used in experiments:
1. Prevent the material temperature from melting under the set range, so as to avoid indirect damage to the pump and hydraulic motor;
2. In order to prevent the use of pressure operation beyond the maximum limit, the general operating pressure is up to 140kg/cm2(the operating pressure of F-120 is up to 120kg/cm2);
3. Clean the cooler regularly, at least once every three months;
4. Regularly filter and replace the pressure oil and clean the inlet oil network and the inside of the oil tank;
5, often pay attention to the pipe joints, hydraulic parts are not leaking oil and regularly check whether the fixing screws are loose;
6. Prevent heavy objects from being piled up on the hydraulic parts or trampled on them;
7. In addition to the guidance of professional personnel, please do not unload any parts on the oil pressure system or change the brand specifications of hydraulic parts casually, otherwise it is easy to reduce its service life;
8. Ensure that the oil is cleaned inside, and do not open the oil filling port of the oil tank at will;
9. Check the temperature value of circulating oil at any time. When the temperature is too high, it means that the circulating oil is overheating.
