What are the countermeasures to reduce the air permeability of the stainless steel duct? 1. The flange sealing gasket is made of 5 mm rubber gasket or 8501 flame retardant sealing tape. 2. Sealant (such as neutral glass glue) is coated at the clearance places such as the bite joints, rivet joints and the four corners of the flange of the stainless steel air duct. Remove surface dust and oil stains before applying sealant. 3, flange wire hole and rivet hole interval should not exceed 100 mm. The corners of rectangular frame flange shall be provided with wire holes. The drainage sheet shall be fixed with small flat rivets in the pipe materials such as elbow pipe and tee pipe, and it is forbidden to use rivets with pulling mandrel. The rivet is coated with sealant. 4. When the stainless steel air duct is connected with the flange, the opposite side should be leveled and close to the flange, and the total width should not be less than 7mm. 5. Angle iron flange is used for soft connection. 6. The connection mode of stainless steel air duct is connected by Angle iron flange. 7. The pressure groove of stainless steel air duct adopts single bite and cooperative Angle pressure groove. 8. Stainless steel air duct nobler should avoid vertical patchwork seam as far as possible, and there should be no horizontal patchwork seam. When the circumference is less than or equal to 900Mm, the bottom plate can not be pieced together, and when the circumference is more than 900Mm, there should be no transverse piecing seam. 9. In the case that the specification of the plate can consider the provisions of the material cutting and the loss is not easy to be large, it can be considered to make the elbow, tee and other spare parts connected with the parallel line segment into one, and reduce the flange socket.
