one The problem and treatment of the fault of the mode-locking part

1. No clamping


(1). Check the travel switch in front of the safety door and repair it.


(2). Check the 24V5A power supply in the electric box, replace the safety and power box.


(3). Check whether the spool is stuck and clean the spool.


(4). Check whether the I/O board has output and whether the solenoid valve is live.


(5). Check whether the hydraulic safety switch is pressed and whether the mechanical lock bar baffle is opened.


2. Mold opening and closing machine wringing sound


(1). Check whether the oil line is disconnected; if so, the oil line must be reconnected.


(2). The amount of lubricating oil is small, increase the amount of lubricating oil, it is recommended to oil 50 molds once or add enough lubricating oil manually.


(3). If the clamping force is large, check whether the mold needs large clamping force and lower the clamping force.


(4). Amlarging plate current disorder, check whether the current parameters meet the acceptance standards, readjust the current value.


(5). If the parallelism is out of tolerance, use the dial indicator to check whether the parallelism of the head two plates is greater than the acceptance standard; Adjust the parallelism.


3. Wait a few seconds before opening the mold


(1). Start slowly, check whether the screw damping is too large, reduce the screw damping hole.


(2). If the middle hole of the damping screw is too large, check whether the damping of the Y hole screw is too large, and replace the thin damping screw of the center hole.


4. Unlock the mold and crawl


(1). The second plate guide rail and corinthians are worn badly, check the second plate guide rail and corinthians, replace the copper sleeve of the second plate, corinthians, and fill with lubricating oil.


(2). The unlocking speed and pressure are not adjusted properly. When the flow rate is set at 20 and the pressure is set at 99, the second plate should not crawl. Adjust the proportional valve hole or pilot valve hole of the flow rate and adjust the linear current value of the proportional valve.


(3). Pipeline and cylinder with air, exhaust.


5. The mold won't move


(1). Increase the unlocking speed, the pressure and flow rate is too small and not adjusted properly, check whether the unlocking speed and pressure are appropriate, increase the unlocking pressure and speed.


(2). The zero position of the mode-locking electronic ruler is changed. Check whether the mode-locking straightener ends at the zero position after twisting, and readjust the zero position of the electronic ruler.


(3). Check for reverse hinge.


6. In automatic production, the die will become tighter or looser


(1). Mold adjustment solenoid valve leakage, check whether the solenoid valve is "O" type, replace the solenoid valve or whether the solenoid valve is not working with 24V electricity.


(2). Whether there is mode adjustment action when playing other actions manually, and see whether the valve is stuck.


7. After the mold lock, the automatic slowly open the mold when other actions work


(1). Oil plate leakage, check or replace express mold lock valve, replace oil plate.


(2). When the die opening valve leaks, start the oil pump and terminate the mold locking. Press the injection table or glue injection action to see if the second plate moves back and replace the die opening oil valve. Normal for unlocking the mold is not moving.


8. Only open mold action when mold locking


(1). Connect the wrong line, check whether there is 24VDC to the valve, check the line and connect.


(2). Stuck valve or wrong spool, check whether the spool is wrong, or blocked, reinstall the spool or clean. Under normal circumstances, the unlocking action is not moving.


9. Mode-locked not free


(1). The adjustment of A and B holes is improper. When the system flow rate is set at 20 and the pressure is set at 99, observe whether the mode-locking action crawls, and readjust or replace the valve.


(2). There is air in the oil circuit, listen to the air sound in the oil circuit, check whether there are bubbles in the oil, need to exhaust.


(3). Amplifier plate ramp up and ramp down adjustment is improper, observe the current value of the ammeter and the change of rise and fall or is proportional to the speed, adjust the amplifier plate.


10. Mold locking can not withstand high pressure, beyond the stroke


(1). If the limit switch exceeds the limit, check whether the mold adjustment is appropriate and adjust the appropriate mold thickness; Check whether the motor is in normal condition.


(2). If the hydraulic limit exceeds the stroke, the position of the electronic ruler stroke is appropriate, check whether the adjustment is appropriate and adjust the mold forward appropriately.


11. Manual with die - opening termination, semi-automatic without die - opening termination


(1). Mold opening valve leakage, manually hit the shooting table after the action, observe whether the second plate back, replace the mold opening valve.


(2). Check the maximum stroke and pressure flow of the electronic ruler.


12. No thimble action


(1). The thimble limit switch is broken. Use a multimeter to check whether the 24V proximity switch is on. Replace the thimble limit switch.


(2). Stuck valve, press the thimble spool with a hexagonal spoon to see if it is removable, clean the pressure valve.


(3). The limit rod of thimble is broken. Take out the limit rod by hand and replace the limit rod after stopping.


(4). The thimble switch is short circuit. Use multimeter to check 0 voltage of thimble switch to ground. Replace thimble switch.


(5). The position of the electronic ruler is not set properly.


13. Semi-automatic thimble out of control


(1). The thimble plate is broken. Check whether the line is normal. The normal voltage is DV24V. Repair thimble plate.


(2). Wire broken, check the switch connection wire, I/O board connection wire. Check the wiring and rewire.


(3). Check whether the mold is in position.


(4). Whether the cylinder piston rod sealing ring is damaged.


14. Loud sound when opening mold


(1). Linear difference in proportion, poor adjustment of opening and closing mold time, position, pressure and flow rate, check the parameters of oblique rise and oblique drop, adjust the parameters of oblique rise and oblique drop.


(2). Mold locking machine hinge lubrication is not good, check colin column, second plate sliding foot, machine hinge lubrication, increase lubrication, increase The Times of oil.


(3). If the clamping force of the mold is too large, check the clamping force of the mold and reduce the clamping force according to the product condition. Check whether the time and location are appropriate.


(4). Parallelism deviation of head plate, check parallelism of head plate. Adjust the second plate, head plate parallel error.


(5). Slow to fast die opening setting position is too small, speed is too fast. Check whether the position of slow mold opening to fast mold opening is appropriate and whether the speed of slow mold opening is too fast. Lengthen the slow mold opening position and reduce the slow mold opening speed.


15. Semi - automatic has two mode-locking actions


(1). The mode-locking spool is not completely reset. Check whether the next action is too continuous after the mode-locking action is completed. Increases the delay time for the next action.

(1). Mechanical level and parallelism out of tolerance. Check with a level square. Adjust parallelism and level. (For large models, small models have little impact)


(2). The gap between the pressing plate and the adjusting mold wire is too small. Measure with a feeler gauge. Adjust the clearance between the pressing plate and the nut, adjust the clearance between the mold nut and the pressing plate (clearance ≤0.05m m).


(3). Burn nut: check whether the nut can be turned to heat and whether there is iron powder out. Replace the nut.


(4). Adjustment of upper and lower struts. Check the lock nut of the dismantling board. Adjust the adjusting nut.


(5). The I/O board. Check the output point on the computer page for a signal. Repair electronic board.


6. The mold adjusting valve core is stuck. Remove the valve and check. Clean the valve.


All landowners. Mold motor is broken: check oil motor. Replace or repair the oil motor.

3. Injecting part fault problems and treatment methods

1. Can't shoot glue


(1). The nozzle is blocked by a foreign body. Check whether the nozzle is blocked. Clean or replace the nozzle.


(2). The glue tip is broken. Disconnect the flange and check whether the glue tip is broken. Replace the glue tip.


(3). Injection direction valve stuck. Check whether the direction valve has 24V voltage, coil resistance 15-20 ohms, if normal, the valve is blocked. Clean valve or replace direction valve.


(4). The injection piston rod is broken. Loosen the piston rod and check whether the piston rod is broken. Replace the piston rod.


(5). Cartridge temperature is too low. Check whether the actual temperature reaches the required melting point temperature of the material. Reset cylinder temperature.


6. Oil seal of injection piston is damaged. Check whether the piston oil seal has been damaged. Replace the oil seal.


2. Shooting glue starts loud


(1). Jetting speed starts too fast. Observe the change of the starting speed of the injection. Adjust the injection flow and speed.


(2). There is air in the oil pipeline. Observe whether there is vibration in each movement.


3. The sound is loud when the glue is sprayed to stop the melting glue:


(1) : the action conversion speed is too fast when shooting glue. Check whether the injection has increased the holding pressure. Increase the holding pressure, adjust the spray series, and add the glue delay time.


4. The amount of injection is not stable


(1). Cylinder seal wear. Observe the pressure maintenance of the pressure gauge. Replace the oil seal.


(2). Grape tip, apron wear. Use two shots to detect. Replace three sets of glue nozzle.


(3). Cartridge wear. Check out with two nozzle, disassemble the material to check the wear condition. Replace the glue tube.


5. Semi-automatic glue-free action


(1). The advance is not terminated. Check whether the switch before firing or clamping is normal. Check circuit and travel switch.


(2). Break line. Check the wiring. Reconnect.


(3). Mold lock to zero. The position of machine hinge is 0 when straightening. Readjust the electronic ruler to zero.


6. During semi-automatic operation, the temperature of the cylinder gradually exceeds the set value


(1). The melting speed is too fast. Use tachometer to test whether the screw speed is too fast. Reduce melting speed.


(2). Too much back pressure. Observe the product, the back pressure table value, reduce the back pressure as much as possible.


(3). The screw rubs against the barrel. Disassemble the screw and barrel and check for wear. More refueling cylinder or screw.


(4). Improper temperature setting. Check whether the actual temperature is too low. Reset the temperature.


(5). Excessive shear heat is applied to the plastic. Check the temperature rise in the front and middle sections. Reduced glue speed, back pressure.


7. The screw rings when the glue is melted


(1). Drive shaft installed improperly. Rotate the screw separately to check whether there is sound, if there is, remove the plane bearing. Reassemble.


(2). The plane bearing is broken. Separate the screw to check the sound of the rotating part. Replace the plane bearing.


(3). Screw bending. Remove the screw and check. Replace the screw.


(4). The screw has iron filings. Disassemble the screw and check. Clean the screw.


(5). Check the coaxiality of the adjusting screw with the dial gauge. The runout around 0.05mm is normal.


8. Can't melt


(1). Burned bearing or drive shaft burst. Separate the screw to melt the glue and observe the sound. Replace bearings.


(2). The screw has iron filings. Separate the screw and the feed barrel, check whether the screw has iron filings. Remove screw and clean.


(3). The glue valve is blocked. Use the hexagonal spool to see if it moves. Clean the solenoid valve.


(4). The melt motor is damaged. Separate the glue motor, when the glue does not turn. Replace or repair the melt motor.


(5). Burn out the heating ring. Use a multimeter to check whether it is normal. Replace the heating ring.


6. The plug loose. Check whether the plug made of fused glue oil is in bad contact. Tighten the plug. And check whether there is 24 power supply.


9. The back pressure cannot be adjusted when the glue is melted


(1). Back pressure valve broken. Cutting increases back pressure. Check whether the screw is receding. Clean back pressure valve.


10. The product has black spots


(1). There is carbon deposit in screw. Check the cleaning screw and cylinder.


(2). The cylinder has carbon deposit and the auxiliary machine is not clean. Check the feeder for dust. Polishing cylinder and cleaning auxiliary machine.


(3). Corrosion of glue nozzle assembly. Check the glue tip. Replace the glue nozzle assembly.


(4). Carbon deposit in flange and nozzle. Clean up and replace.


(5). Raw material unclean, check raw material. Change the raw materials.


6. The temperature is too high, the back pressure of the glue is too large. Check the temperature of each section. Cool down and reduce back pressure.


11. Bad color mixing of screw


(1). Questions between materials. Check toner quality. Replace the material.


(2). The temperature is too low. Check actual temperature and material required temperature. Turn up the heat.


(3). Back pressure is too low. Check back pressure. Increase back pressure.


(4). The mixing time is short. Increase the mixing time or replace the mixing head.


(5). RPM too low. Check screw speed. Increase screw speed.


12. No glue pumping action


(1). Back pressure is big. Check the spray speed of nozzle during manual glue melting. Lower back pressure.


(2). Break line. The suction valve is broken.


(3). The direction valve spool is not flexible. Press the spool with an inner hexagonal wrench to check whether it works freely. Clean the valve core.


13. When the glue is melted, the motor swings the tail


(1). Bearing is bad. ObSERVE the sound of melting glue. Replace bearings.


(2). Improper adjustment of oblique ball bearing. Observe whether the drive shaft swings. Readjust the clearance.


(3). Screw deformation. Separate the screw rod to observe the rotation of the drive shaft. Replace the screw.


(4). Shooting table back plate copper sleeve wear 2 guide rod deformation or loose fixing screws. Observe whether the second plate copper sleeve is ground out copper powder. Replace the copper sleeve.


14. Shoot the glue twice


(1). Injector aperture is too small, spray resistance is too large.


(2). The nozzle heating ring is broken. Check the heating ring or replace it.


(3). Check the pressure and flow output.


15. Cause of screw break


(1). Injection synchronization is not synchronized, adjust the injection synchronization ±0.05


(2). The injection oil cylinder is not synchronized, adjust the injection oil cylinder synchronization ±0.05


(3). The raw material does not match the performance of the screw of the injection molding machine.


(4). The temperature did not reach the melting point of the material used.


(5). Turn the screw until the temperature is just up.


6. If the heater is burnt out and not heated, check whether it has anti-cold function and replace the heater.


Four. Hydraulic part fault problems and treatment methods

1. Hydraulic oil contamination


(1). Air is mixed with oil. Mainly due to pipe joints, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders and other dense. There are air bubbles on the fuel tank.


(2). Blend the oil with water. It turns the oil milky white. The main cause is leakage of cooler or damp environment.


(3). The oil is mixed with solid impurities. It is mainly chip, welding slag, rust and metal powder.


(4). The oil produces a gelatinous substance. The main banquet is the seal is eroded by oil or oil deterioration, so that the oil in the gelatinous material, this gelatinous material often makes the hole blocked.


2. What is the effect of temperature on the viscosity of hydraulic oil


(1). As the temperature rises, the viscosity of the oil decreases. The change of oil viscosity directly affects the performance and leakage of hydraulic system. (The normal temperature is between 30 and 50℃)


3. Creep failure


(1). Poor lubrication condition. There is "pause -- glide -- pause". Increase lubrication.


(2). The hydraulic system is immersed in air. Need to vent.


(3). Mechanical rigidity. Wear and deform parts, cause friction changes and produce crawling. Replace parts.


4. After starting production for some time, the oil pump started to sound


(1). Poor suction tubing quality or untightened throat code. Remove the strainer and check whether it is deformed. Whether the suction tubing is stratified. Replace tubing, strainer.


(2). The strainer is not clean. Hydraulic oil impurity is too much. Clean strainer.


(3). Oil pump wear: check oil pump distribution plate and rotor end face wear. Replace the oil pump.


5. After the motor starts, the pressure gauge has pressure and no flow


(1). DA board broken, repair DA board.


(2). The relief valve is stuck. Remove the relief valve for inspection, clean the relief valve or replace the pressure gauge for inspection.


6. Pressure free flow


(1). Check whether the motor oil pump rotation direction is normal.


(2). Check for oil leaks.


(3). Check the pressure flow valve for current.


(4). Whether the inner hexagonal pressure spool is pressed, replaced or cleaned.
