What kind of products are suitable for manipulator?

Under what circumstances can a manipulator be used? Is it ok in any case, or in special circumstances can we use the manipulator? So let's take a look at it together.

(1) manual demoulding

A: clamping head (the finished product and the material head are connected together, and then manually separate the finished product and the material head after the manipulator is removed).

B: absorb or hold the finished product (the finished product is connected with the material head, and the finished product is absorbed or held by the manipulator).

C: clip the material head, absorb or hold the finished product (finished product and material head in the ejector out, the finished product and material head have been separated, with the manipulator to take out, can be placed in the feeding head and finished product in different places.

(2) Automatic demoulding

A: Clamping head, separating head (clamping head, so that the finished product is automatically detached from the finished product and the material head).

B: Separate the finished products in different conditions (clamp the material head, absorb or hold the finished products to separate the finished products from the material head).

C: Suction or hold the finished product to separate the finished product (suction or hold the finished product to make the material head fall off automatically to separate the finished product and the material head).

(1) The finished product and the material head can not fall off automatically

A: The finished product arm absorbs or takes the finished product, and the material head arm clamps the material head. Use manipulator to separate the finished product from the material head (double arm manipulator).

B: The material head arm clamps the material head, and the finished product arm sweeps off the finished product so that it can achieve automatic demould mode to separate the finished product and the material head.

(2) The finished product can fall off automatically, and the material head can not fall off automatically

A: Clamping head, finished products automatically fall off, separate finished products and material head (single-arm manipulator).

B: The finished product arm absorbs or holds the finished product, the material head arm clips the material head, and separates the finished product from the material head with the manipulator (two-arm manipulator).

It should be noted that when using the manipulator, if the finished product is inverted, the inverted button will not affect the direct removal of the finished product after ejection. Therefore, when developing the mold, we should consider whether the product is appropriate to use the manipulator to take out.
